All sales are final unless lost or damaged during shipping.  

*In the case where an order has not been processed for shipping yet, we allow customers to cancel all unprocessed orders at any time for a refund. If you wish to cancel your unprocessed order or have any questions, please contact us at info@aromasparks.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
