I made my first candle! Fun night! Tanin created such a fun night of candle making! Well organized... so many scents to pick from that it was really hard because all the scents were amazing. You can pick from a glass vessel or her hand made cement vessels which are gorgeous. Will do this again!

What a fun night! There were 8 of us which was a perfect number!! We began with candle making and it was really fun ~ we chose our our container (hand poured), picked our scent and followed instructions to create our own candle suited to our favorite scent. Then we did abstract painting! I am not a painter but it was abstract so there was really no bad choice. I only knew one other person but you get to know the others where it is such a small group. We had a lot of laughs and left with a candle and painting made by our own little hands!! ~ Pour & Abstract @ Barrel House Z
